So this week has been amazing! Monday we went to the schools, and we played with the kids for 3 hours while our prof. did a training session for the teachers. It was so much fun! I taught the kids how to play down by the banks...the clap game. They really loved it! I also played red light/green light with them. They are so wonderful!!!! We had a blast together! Tuesday we headed to Caye Caulker to finish up our trip. Ever since Tuesday it has been rainy and cloudy...no sun :( We have just enjoyed relaxing on the island! This month has been so incredible, but I am a little bit exhausted, so it is nice that we are ending the trip with a few relaxing days :) I seriously cannot describe how phenomenal this trip has been. I have learned so much, and I am so grateful for this experience. The people here are so happy, and they have inspired me to live in the present. I feel like we are so consumed by the past and future that we forget to enjoy the present! They do not forget & it shows :)I am so excited because I know that our work here in Belize & Guatemala has made a huge impact on many peoples' lives. Thank you for all of your prayers and support once again! I will never forget this trip :) <3 <3 <3 <3

Sorry no pics right now..my internet connection is not the best!

We made it safely back to Belize today! We are staying at the campsite in Succotz until Tuesday morning! Tuesday we are headed to Caye Caulker! Tomorrow we are headed to the schools again! I am so glad because I love helping with the computers, and I love teaching the kids how to use them. They are so adorable. Everything is going great. I cannot believe that I will be home on Friday. It seems like I just left Ohio yesterday, but I am excited to see everyone once I get back. Especially JANSEN LENZO <3

Today was incredible! We got to spend the morning at one of the schools in Guatemala. We taught the 6 year olds how to use the laptops! They were so excited about the laptops! Their excitement was seriously priceless! I am so blessed to be spending time with these children who live life to the fullest! They are so inspirational! Here are some fun pics from today :) Enjoy!

Our friend Rudy! He is the best :)

Me teaching the children how to use the laptops! We had a lot of fun together, and they really caught on pretty quick! I was really impressed. They were so excited about the laptops! I wish you all could of been there to see their faces :) It was seriously priceless! I just loved the whole experience!!! :) On a funny note, since I do not know how to speak Spanish, I kept saying excellenta because that is the only Spanish I know, and I kept giving them high fives! They really loved it, and it was pretty hilarious!

Alan, Laura, and I freezing because it was chilly here today! They did not follow through with the "look cold for this picture" idea! LOL!!

We interviewed the teachers! They were all so grateful, and they all said that we are welcome back anytime! To be honest, I kind of got choked up because they were so appreciative and happy!!! The whole day was filled with excitement!!! :)
No words can truly describe this experience! Doug decided to pick this up off the side of the road. This is a long story lol!!!

Rudy and I being ourselves :)

My two kids that I was in charge of for the morning! They were so adorable :)

Me listening carefully...it was pretty cool :)

Being our silly selves at the mall...well me being my silly self :)

A local guy who made some gifts for us :) He is so creative, and he is a really nice guy! We had a lot of fun hanging out at his stand!!! He thought we were hilarious!!

Alan and I trying to figure out a crafty challenge :)

God is so good!!!!! I am so grateful for this experience :) I am growing more than I ever thought that I could!!!

The past few days have been super busy/amazing! We have been working at the clinic, and today we went to a school in Guatemala for computer training. It was a lot of fun because the teachers were so excited about the laptops! Even though we cannot speak Spanish, we were actually able to show them a lot by pointing to the screen and guiding them through the different programs. It was great! Here are some pics of our fun times this week :) Sorry I have been so short and sweet lately, but we have been really busy, so I am pretty tired tonight! Thanks for keeping up on my trip :) I can't wait to see you all when I get home...but I am excited to be here for 1 more week :)

The first four pictures are at the school where we had the computer training for the teachers! It was a lot of fun for all of us!

This next picture is our friend Rudy! He is teaching the women at the clinic about the water filters that they can purchase to purify their water. He is also an amazing translator for us at the clinic. I have to ask him to translate for me a lot! Lol! He just smiles and does exactly that :) He is a really great guy!

This next picture is josh! He was really excited about our 9pm class, so he started to climb the wall :) He has mad skills...what can I say? lol

I am so sorry that I have not updated my blog in a long time, but we have been super busy! Saturday we went to The Rio Falls and Rio Cave! They were both so much fun! Then, on Saturday night we headed to Guatemala, and we made it here safely! It is  so beautiful here, and the people are amazing! Laura and I have worked in the clinic 2 days now, (Sunday & Monday) and it has been an incredible experience! The patients are so appreciative! We keep very busy at the clinic, but we always take time to smile and say hello to everyone. The only problem at the clinic is that I cannot speak Spanish, so that has been very difficult. I have come to the conclusion that it will take me at least 10 years to learn Spanish! LOL! Luckily, we do have interpreters there to help us out! Overall, this journey has been phenomenal, and I am learning more and more each and every day! Thank you for all of your love and support!!! <3

The first picture is of Laura, Puja (a resident physician from Michigan), & I after a long day at the clinic :) Please ignore our sweatiness :)
The second picture is me facing my fears and jumping off a huge rock into the water at The Rio Falls.
The third picture is Kaylee, Laura, & I at The Rio Cave.
The fourth picture is Laura and I right before we were leaving for our first day at the clinic. We were so excited!

Okay so the past couple of days have been a blast! As you can see! The first pic is one of the little girls I met in Succotz. THIS IS MY FAVORITE PICTURE SO FAR :) Props to my photographer Chelsea Clay! Anyways, she loved her picture taken! The second pic is me on top of Xunantich. The view was seriously breathtaking! The third pic is me being crazy and doing a cartwheel in front of a temple! Anyways, we have visited multiple schools the last couple of days to check on their computers. Dr. Skon has really put in a lot of time fixing the broken ones. It has been great to meet all of the students, principles, and teachers. They are all so wonderful and welcoming! I just love it here! Once again, thank you for following me along this amazing journey of a lifetime!

Some of my pics from yesterday are above! There are before and after pictures you can enjoy :) Yesterday, was my favorite day thus far in Belize! We set up a computer lab in a school in Belize. They were ecstatic :) The day was seriously amazing!! I am so grateful to be here, and I love making a difference in Belize. O yeah...the mini pigs were at the school, and I was SOOOOO Excited because I love mini pigs, and I will have one in my home one day :) Lol!!!
